Our team headshots are priced in progressive tiers
A team is at least two people who need the same headshot look, at the same time

The first three people - $249 per person
Multiple images may be delivered in a proof gallery; each team member will receive one professionally retouched image. Each person up to three team members is billed at $249.
Example: For a three person team, the total cost would be $747.
PErsons four to ten - $199 per person
Multiple images may be delivered in a proof gallery; each team member will receive one professionally retouched image. The first three team members are billed at $249 per person; then, persons four through ten are billed at $199.
Example: For a ten person team, the total cost would be $2,140 ($747 for the first three people + $1,393 for the remaining seven people).
PErsons 11 TO 20 - $149 per person
Multiple images may be delivered in a proof gallery; each team member will receive one professionally retouched image.
The first three team members are billed at $249 per person; then persons four through ten are billed at $199; and finally, persons 11 to 20 are billed at $149.
Example: For a twenty person team, the total cost would be $3,630 ($747 for the first three people + $1,393 for the next seven people + $1,490 for the remaining ten people).
persons 21 or more - $129 per person
Multiple images may be delivered in a proof gallery; each team member will receive one professionally retouched image. After the first three pricing tiers are satisfied, each person after the 20th are billed at $129.
Example: For a group of 50 headshots, the total cost would be $7,500 ($747 for the first three people + $1,393 for the next seven people + $1,490 for the next ten people + $3,870 for the remaining 30 people).
GROUP Photo - billed as an additional person
If we can photograph your whole team at once, this group image counts as an additional team member for pricing purposes. The same is true is you wanted more than one shot of your whole group.
MAKEUP HEADSHOTS - $249 per person
These generally take place at our downtown Great Falls photo studio but we can return to your location for makeup photos if we charge an On Location fee (see below). Multiple images may be delivered in a proof gallery; each team member will receive one professionally retouched image that matches the look of the rest of their team.
This rate also applies to teams who have sporadic scheduling needs but want us to shoot a consistent look for them.
on location fee - $199 per session
We typically photograph teams in our studio so we can control all the variables including digitally swapping the photo background for something on brand for your team but we will travel to your location to photograph your team.
TRAVEL FEE - $600
For headshots further than one hour’s drive from Great Falls, we charge a travel fee. For projects that require overnight lodging or a flight, we will quote a custom travel fee.
